Terms and Conditions


Ticketty Boo items are handmade, and in the case of out of

stock items, made to order.  I aim to despatch in stock items

24 hours after an order has been placed, however, please

allow 3-7 working days just in case I am out and about at

markets/events.  I always email/contact you when goods have

been despatched.    In case of items made to order I will 

contact you with a realistic timeframe and will always work

towards your requirements where possible.   In the unlikely

event that I am unable to fulfil your order I reserve the right

to cancel at any time before delivery and issue a full refund. 


Product Colours & Patterns


Because of differences in PCs and monitors the colours

displayed on your screen may not exactly match the true

colours of the fabrics.   In addition, because each product is

individually handmade, there may be slight defferences ie.

size/colour of button.  These slight changes probably wouldn't

even be noticed, however, if an item has to be changed in any

significant way I will always email/contact you first.   If you

are not completely satisfied with the item that you have

ordered I will be happy to offer a refund in accordance with

the returns policy.

Ticketty Boo respects your privacy and the security of your

personal information.  I will only use your personal information

to process your order, contact you if necessary or send you

any information on Ticketty Boo promotions.  I do not see or

store your credit card details and I do not under any

circumstances share your personal information to any third



Returns and Refunds


Customer satisfaction is important to me and hope that you

will be delighted with your purchase, however, if you are not

completely satisfied, please contact me. 


Any item that is returned in its original condition I am happy

to offer a full refund, minus delivery costs.


Items must be returned within 14 days.


I will process your refund via the method in which payment

was originally made. 


Return postage costs are not refunded.  The package is the

responsibily of the customer until it reaches me, therefore,

I recommend you send it via registered post, retaining proof

of purchase in order to make a claim from Royal Mail should

your package be lost. 


If returned goods are not in their original condition and are

damaged no refund will be offered.
