How to Place an Order and the Delivery Process

 

The online shop uses a Paypal checkout system.  I do not see your card

details as it is processed via Paypal's secure server.  It is not necessary

to have a Paypal account to make purchases, just a valid debit/credit card. 

 

IF YOU WOULD PREFER TO PAY BY CHEQUE, PLEASE EMAIL ME TO

 RESERVE ITEM(S) FIRST and then forward a cheque to : Ticketty Boo,

The Hirsel, Arts and Crafts Centre, Coldstream, Scottish Borders, TD12 4LW

Please make cheque payable to 'TICKETTY BOO'.

Once funds have been cleared your goods will be dispatched.

 

You may also pay over the phone if you prefer - please call me at the

workshop on 01890 882833 - if no answer please leave your name and

telephone number with message and I will call you back as soon as I

get the message.

 

How to order

 

1.   Choose the product you would like to purchase remembering to choose

your option or colour preference if applicable.

 

2.   Click on 'add to cart' button.

 

3.   This will take you to your shopping cart within Ticketty Boo's

website.  You will have the option to either proceed to the checkout

or return to continue shopping and add further items.

 

4.   When you have completed your purchase at the botton of your shopping

cart click on your specified country and this will calculate your postage. 

Click on the Paypal Checkout button and this will take you to Paypal's

checkout system where you should follow the online instructions.

 

5.   You will receive a confirmation email from Paypal once payment has

been accepted.  I will also send you an email order confirmation together

with another email to advise when item/s are ready to be despatched so

that you know that they are on their way.

 

Postage and Delivery

 

Items will be despatched normally 24 hours after an order has been

received, however, please allow between 3-7 days for delivery should I

happen to be at a fair/market.   If there are  any unforeseen

circumstances, I will notify you if delivery will take any longer. For

made to order items I will notify you of an estimated delivery time at 

enquiry/confirmation of order stage but always aim to meet customers

requirements wherever possible. 

 

If you are purchasing a gift for someone and would like your item(s)

delivered direct to them, I am happy to do so including any message. 

Just email me with the details.  

 

Items to the UK are sent by Royal Mail 1st class delivery.

Items to the rest of Europe and other destinations (worldwide) are sent by

Airmail. 

 

All items delivered are wrapped in tissue paper and tied with twine with

coordinating ribbon.  All wooden items are additionally protected using

bubble wrap. 

 

Postage Charges

 

I try to keep the postage charges as fair and as low as I possibly can,

therefore, all orders will be charged a standard postage at £3.50 with

the exception of customers purchasing only buttons then the postage

will be £1.50.  For customers purchasing fabric you will be charged £5.95

at the checkout.
